About the event: Come celebrate The SIMS Foundation’s 30th Anniversary at Empire Control Room and Garage on May 18, 2025 in Austin, TX. This family-friendly community event will feature performances from FastBall, Heartless Bastards, Nolo, Quiet Company, Bros Fresh, Parker Woodland, Night Glitter (including a special appearance by Alejandro Escovedo), Nakia & the Never Not Now, Hotel De Nova, The Point, and School of Rock, and more.
Since 1995, the SIMS Foundation has provided mental health care and recovery support services to Austin’s music community, serving over 25,000 music industry professionals and their dependent families through more than 300,000 sessions of support. Founded in memory of Austin musician Sims Ellison, the SIMS Foundation aims to support the emotional wellness of our music community.
Ticket proceeds will go directly to the SIMS Foundation’s programs, allowing us to serve even more music industry professionals in the decades to come. Join us in commemorating this monumental milestone with some amazing musical performances!
